No time for a massage? This is a non -invasive treatment for the modest or those that don’t have time for a full body massage is a super way to unravel stress from head to toe. Working from your feet we can unravel the stress from your neck, shoulders, back and legs. This modality started back in the Pharaoh’s time and leaves you balanced, relaxed and feeling as if you’ve had a full body massage. This 30-minute reflexology starts with hot towels to clean your feet, a bed that cradles you and aromatherapy that takes you away.
